This was my first race. don't have a Pre-race routine, just tryed not to let the butterflyes get to me! :)

I was very out of breath at the end of the swim.
What would you do differently?:

Try to track the course better and watch my breathing at the beggining

was a litle light headed after the swim. Made for a longer then expected T1. Had to get my breathing back to "normal" befor I could leave T1, so i slowed down my changing and walkled a little to the bike start
What would you do differently?:

If i can control my swim better my T1 will go faster. :)

It was sooooo hot when i started the run (80+). Had not trained in temp over 75. It was a slow run, but my gole was to not stop running, and i did it.
What would you do differently?:

Need more work on my distance running. :)

Had a great time doing this race!! It was my first Trathlon and I will be doing it agion nest year. Also hope to get in a couple other races too. :)
