Pre-race routine:

Usual breakfast, cereal, banana. Took the Subway to the race which was a mission as there was construction, got their late but that actually worked out just right.

Comments:

My left calf started playing up about 6 miles into the run, I don't know if it is my sneakers or what the story is. It may also be my speed work that I have been doing. The last 4 miles were really hard and I had to really watch how I was running.

Apart from that it was also very windy with some big wind gusts.
What would you do differently?:

I think this time warming up may have helped.

Not really much to do at the finish line, also the finish doesnt; have any arch or banner of any kind so no real incentive to see to motivate you to sprint in the end.

Otherwise a very nice run

Course: Not flat (like I was told) not to hilly either but constant elevations and drops.
