Warm down: None What limited your ability to perform faster: Getting complacent in my training, partying like a rock star most of the week before the race, also not doing enough brick workouts. Got up at 4:20, heated up an english muffin with 1 fried egg which I ate in the car, half a snapple iced tea. Got there with plenty of time to set up. I elected not to use my wetsuit which ended up being fine because the water was warm.
The swim was my warm-up.
