Comments: went w/ mindset of using the race as a recovery run/test to see if I could return to full-throttle training after a week of being sick; started trying to race Kevin Davies for the 1st 5 miles instead; then backed-off; felt good all things considered; but still very weak from being sick What would you do differently?: follow my own plan, don't try to race other people when my goal is to recover, be more focused pre-start (i.e. left race tag at car) Post race
