Not much of one, I am very bad about my nutrition and hydration, something I really need to work on.

Not a bad swim, I did the relay and it seemed with this wave not a lot of kicking in my face and we seemed to be spread out more...probably because a few first timers and not very good swimmers and that includes me. :)

Learn to breathe.

A strap on my bike helmet had come completely out of the clip so had to lace it back through so that took time.....did some running through the transition area but with my foot and there being rocks didn't want to hurt it anymore. Problem getting into the straps on my pedals, that seems to take me longer than anticipated

Learn how to get my shoes into the straps of my pedals.

I didn't do the run, I had changed my entry to a relay so I had a friend do the run, she did a great job, better time than I would of had. :)

Course: This is a nice course, a few inclines associated with highway overpasses and I round a corner almost done and wham the wind was wicked and I think ok just this last hill before the end, I get to the top and all the others are winded so I pick up speed all excited that I'm done but low and behold the ACTUAL last hill is upon me, I'm crushed, but I prevail again and huff and puff and make it to the top and see the finish line so for me being on my new road bike felt like a better ride, still need saddle time in it and maybe to do some more hills. :)
