Comments: Biked with running shoes and my rack was close to the start, so I just racked bike and ran. What would you do differently?: Stretch for a second or 2 in T2. Run
Comments: Very hot, legs wanted to give out for the 1st mile, then for the rest of the race, I was just very hot and fatigued. What would you do differently?: Train longer and get more bike, run training days in. Long bike ride, decent run. Post race
Warm down: None, walked around What limited your ability to perform faster: Heat, first race jitters, probably needed more training.
