Warm down: walk a lirttle What limited your ability to perform faster: me Event comments: Racing is always fun and its even better with friends. I can't remember when I saw my Rabbit ( Derrick). I stalked him for several miles but then suddenly while going down hill I had the urge to try to pass him. The rabbit then not seem to want to catch me. Then mile 9 the big ass hill was upon us. VVrrrooom the rabbit gets a burst of energy and passes me up. I had nothing in the tank, luckily Kelly continued to push me. I felt bad for her since she could have ran a faster race. I wanted her to go on her own but did not have the energy to speak. I had some tightening on my lower right claf area but no cramp. Also there was a point were I wanted to vomit but did not. I am not sure if it was from endorlytes or the dirty fuel bottles. I have been trying to buy replacement bottle caps but cannot find any. Anyway I beat my time from last year by 3 min.
