Comments: That was a PR pace for any race and a PR overall for an 8K. I was on some medication during my training so had to take it easier than I wanted, plus my doctor said to make sure I didn't push too hard on the run. I pushed, but I listened to my body. What would you do differently?: Not much. I think I trained pretty well. Post race
