Comments: Didn't drink enough and the wind was brutal, which made negative splits a bit tough. In fact my splits went in the opposite direction. What would you do differently?: Drink more, maybe eat less cheese the day/night before. Think that bothered my stomach during the run. One reason why I didn't take the gel. Post race

Baby woke us up at 6:00 and went back to sleep until 6:30. Got up and played with him for a while. Drove down to the start. Had a clif bar and some infinit before we left.
Did about a mile warm-up and felt ready to go.
