Comments: actually had a good second half on the bike. Stomach was upset and just felt tired and hungry the first half but had a banana at 25 miles and then started feeling much better. Kept a nice steady pace on the back half Only 2mph slower avg than last year What would you do differently?: train more Transition 2
Comments: took this transistion super easy, again hit the bathroom Run
Comments: bad run, a solid 20 min slower than last year did good with drinking but never pushed the pace. Just wanted to get it over and go home. Felt good for the first 10 but after that just wanted to finish Post race
Warm down: grab a gatorade and water and a cola and headed for the transistion area to get my stuff. Just wanted to go home and end this miserable race What limited your ability to perform faster: uhh, maybe the fact I didn't train for it sad I was six slower this year with no swim Event comments: need to train and come back and redeem myself next year Last updated: 2008-04-04 12:00 AM

Stayed out towards the highway in Benton Harbor, didn't get to sleep until after 1AM and got up at 4 to head to the parking area. Had a crap night sleep the night before cause Evan was sick and kept me up most of the night.
GOt to the parking and napped another hour or so,
No warm up before swim which when walking down to the start was cancelled due to rip currents. Race was pushed back a good hour so went to new starting area and waited my turn.
