Comments: The total time for the swim includes the transition time. I would imagine I had about a 20-22 min swim. Not bad. Certainly better than I thought. What would you do differently?: More open water swimming prior to event. The cold water was quite a shock. Transition 1

Comments: Different turn around point this year, so I was a little suprised by the extra distance to the turn around point. What would you do differently?: More brick training to get used to running off the bike. Post race
Warm down: Walk and eat What limited your ability to perform faster: Thought I performed well. I was happy with my results. Definitely an improvement from last year.
