Pre-race routine:

got up at 6:20 ate and got around. Had to take some peto to get the stomach in check.

Lots of weeds but was ready for them. Good swim other than the pile up at the 1st marker. had to stop and tred water for a min.
What would you do differently?:

Swim faster at the start and get infront some more.

Good run up.. had some trouble drying my feet off but get everything around.
What would you do differently?:

spread out my towel a little more

check my stuff before the run and make sure everything is tight

Much faster than it felt. I felt slow and sluggish but half way back my side stich went away and was able to burn a little.
What would you do differently?:

take in some more water and not beat my self up on the bike so much.

Very good and fast race... LOVED it. only my 2nd tri and it was great. was shooting for 1:20 so i beat that pretty good. next is tawas or MSU not sure but cant wait. gonna break the 1:10 mark by the end of the year i hope.
