What would you do differently?: Drink more fluids. Post race
Warm down: Waslking. I walked from the baggage drop off to the food stations, several times i might add. Tried to find the jacket I dropped off around mile marker 5. What limited your ability to perform faster: My 3:10 pacer dropped out at mile 17!!!! I had no one to follow and the rest of the group sped it up and made it difficult for me to keep up. My right quadriceps tightened up once i stopped walking around mile 25. Event comments: Volunteers are visible from every turn and every street. Water stations are plentiful, however, the volunteers could have spreaded out more to prevent any cross grabs for us people running fast in packs. Finishers hats and tech long sleeves are great!
