Pre-race routine:

Got to the park/registered...went to the campsite, set up the tent and such, grabbed some race wear and the wetsuit, bike,etc and headed back to the race site.
Drank some Cytomax on the way over and took some "Dayquil" as I felt really bad as I might come down with a major sinus thing....

Does rushing from the car to the transition area count? If not, then count me out of the warm-up, please.....

I would love to have ridden that downhill without the roads being wet......I was really happy about how this bike ride wne t and Ithought that if this is what hills are then I should be good all weekend.....NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
