Had a hard time with traffic in pool. Have come to dislike most pool races because of this. Probably slowed me down by 15 sec. or so. Not the end of the world, but still...
What would you do differently?:

Start further up where I wouldn't have to pass many people. Started #205 since I was starting with the other 3 guys.

Definite improvement but still not real fast. Spent less time at my spot in trans. and got on bike much quicker. Still running out of trans in cycling shoes.

AHR was 174 on run. Thats about as hard as I've ever gone. Wanted to run 8 min/mile but just didn't have any more to give after bike effort.
