Comments: For my second OWS ever, this was surprisingly not that bad. The waves didn't effect my breathing at all. The start was pretty rough since i had never done a wave start before. My stroke still needs a lot of work. Transition 1

Comments: I was really chugging and felt bad b/c i got passed by a lot of people on the bike but for me i think i did well around what i expected. I guess since i have only been riding since May I will get better. I am going to fiddle with clip-on aero bars this next week i think. Oh, and not to mention i lost a water bottle on the 4th mile...hah. What would you do differently?: Faster more consistent Transition 2

Comments: I did well not drinking too much during late stages of bike so as to not feel bad at the start of the run. I seemed fine and doused myself at each station so i kept cool fine. Didn't cramp at all. What would you do differently?: Push more... Post race

Woke up at 5, ate cereal and bread with peanut butter and left for course. Set up transition and hung around drinking.
I wanted to get my swim cap on with water so i went and swam about 200m to warm-up some.
