Pre-race routine:

Met up with all of the BT peeps. Was my first time meeting most so it was good to put faces to names or screen names as it goes.

Stretched a little. Not much else.

Comments:

Ran a slow pace to stay together as a group. It was nice to chat with BTers. The slow pace made it truely an enjoyable run and allowed me to contemplate why we were there. We caught up to Tom and ran with him to the finish where he had a good kick and ran a sub 30 minute race.

Chatted some more and then grabbed a water for the ride home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

To all of you I met tonight it was great running and hanging out with ya. BT truly is a big family and it has been very inspirational how everyone came together to help Christine's family. Thanks to all those who ran.

Course: Was a trail run with an out and back and then a loop through the woods. I liked it for a change of pace of sidewalk runs.
