Kept going. No walking. Slow start. Hard fast sprint at end. Passed up 3-4 people in the last 100M. Very happy with energy level at end.

Increased pace slightly

First time.
Never doing all three portions in practice.
Only training the first 2 weeks before event.
No wetsuit.

Event comments:

Very tight in the transition sections. Should have been more bike racks.

Otherwise awesome race. Great area + perfect weather.
