Pre-race routine:

Trained with Team in training. The morning of we arrived super early at the race site and unloaded our bikes from the truck. took a quick spin on the bike to make sure that everything was all set after the long truck ride there. Then headed to transition to set up for the race

I wore a wetsuit...getting it on was my warm up!!

This run really sucked! It was pretty shaded for most of it but the hills were ridiculous!!
What would you do differently?:

practice more...and as Cindy says I need to "embrace running" I really hate it!!

Warm down:

drink lots of fluids! had a burn from the wet suit on the back of my neck...that was no fun! but after party on Beale st made everything ok again!!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not quite to wear I want to be physically. Can't blame it on anything other than that!

Event comments:

They had nothing on the bike course...no water stops and no mile markers. the cops they had stopping traffic for the riders didn't even know the mileage...It was very hard to pace myself not knowing how much further I had to go.

Course: clockwise triangle. The water was VERY murky. I didn't even see people as I was coming up on them. They have a weird start were you all line up and they send you off every couple of seconds. I liked that not as much pushing at the start.
