No wetsuits, which is a huge bummer for me. I'm not a good swimmer and was really hoping the water would be under the limit. Oh well.
What would you do differently?:

Swim straight, I was all over the place. I like to breath to my right but these were all left hand turns with the closest shoreline on the left. I was a zig zagging maniac.

Had a good bike. I've been nursing a quad strain and haven't been biking in the last couple of weeks. The quad held strong and was able to keep a high cadence and good pace.

Felt strong and focused on pacing myself. It was a great course with some curves and small hills. Felt very fast and was fun running with all the people on the path. Definitely didn't get lonely. Lots of aid stations for water. Grabbed water 4 times to get a sip.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, felt good new PR.

Awesome race venue and course. It was very well organized, lots of music and a vendors around. Great food at the end. I'll be back next year!
