Pre-race routine:

Didn't get there with enough time, felt rushed. Was getting tight with the bathroom routine. Had to run back get wetsuit on and double time to the beach. Got there with time to go, but nevertheless, could have used more time.

Maybe kick a litte more and push the middle.

Not much, other than wetsuit removal, went pretty smoothly.

B a little more aggresive on this short, flat bike leg.

Event comments:

Not the most scenic of courses, but great volunteers and good post-race food. Great season opener. Very enjoyable. First tri in over 3 years.
