Comments: took a little time to settle in, first hill hurts out of transition second lap faster than first 2 GUs lost shoe riding into transition, need to practice dismount, cost me a good 1:30 My computer showed 19.6 avg. What would you do differently?: Drink more Transition 2

Comments: Hamstring cramp at mile 1 set tone for race, CV not too bad but GU and H2O helped. settled into good pace by 5k. Last 5K better but needed to stop at H20 stations to massage leg Kick at end good but Hamstring seized up in shoot--> nice picture!! What would you do differently?: Seat position on bike an drinking on bike hurt me, More brick training Post race
