second lap faster than first
2 GUs

lost shoe riding into transition, need to practice dismount, cost me a good 1:30

Hamstring cramp at mile 1 set tone for race,
CV not too bad but GU and H2O helped. settled into good pace by 5k.
Last 5K better but needed to stop at H20 stations to massage leg
Kick at end good but Hamstring seized up in shoot--> nice picture!!

Seat position on bike an drinking on bike hurt me,
More brick training

What limited your ability to perform faster:

inadequate training but happy with time
8mins faster than last year!

Event comments:

Great Fun, near my home. My annual August Challenge.
Highly recommended.
