Comments: treaded water too much, swam on back to catch my breath and to relax. What would you do differently?: Train more and swim more. Transition 1
Comments: Disorganized. I had trouble putting on top because I was wet. Putting on sock took a little more time because they were toed sockes What would you do differently?: Swim in top, go without socks, and have shoes already on peddles. Organize the setup better Bike
Comments: Road in back of the main group. Got cramps in right leg and had to slow down, and drink water to recover. Not shifting smoothly. Took a wrong turn too. What would you do differently?: Drink more water and other drinks. Ride and train more. Transition 2
Comments: Had trouble locating head band and someone moved my race belt What would you do differently?: Ride with shows undone near the end. Run with bike. Organize the setup. Run
Comments: Good run for me. dead legs lasted about 1/2 mile into the run. Run was mostly in the shade. Could have run faster because a sped up for the finish. What would you do differently?: Practice with a metronome. Do more speed work. Run more with friends. Run below average but Half a minute faster than last year's running pace for longer races Post race
