I LEARNED A HUGE LESSON, THROW THE F--ING BLUE SHADED GOGGLES AWAY...THE TINT MADE ME NOT ABLE TO SEE WHERE I WAS GOIN... GOIN WITH THE CLEAR GOGGLES IN THE FUTURE..... GREAT OVER ALL SWIM !!!!!!!!!!! PR BY 3 MIN.......
What would you do differently?:

Comments:

I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER AND QUICKER...JUST NEED A FINE TUNING....

Bike

Comments:

GREAT BIKE COURSE....FIRST 7-9 MILES, ROLLING HILLS....2-4 MILES OF FAST CURVED FILLED DOWN HILL, REAL FAST, THEN 3-5 MILES OF THE HARDEST CLIMB I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED..I MADE IT AND I ACTUALLY DID NOT SEE A SINGLE PERSON HAVE TO STOP. MY CLIMB PACE WAS ALMOST AT A STAND STILL...VERY TOUGH... ON THE FIRST PART OF THE RACE, ROLLING HILLS, MY CHAIN CAME OFF TWICE BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT GEAR CHANGE...
What would you do differently?:

NOT MUCH, MAYBE PUSHED ALITTLE HARD ON THE ROLLING HILLS AND POSSIBLE DRANK ALITTLE MORE....
Transition 2
  • 42m
Comments:

VERY GOOD T !!!!!!!!!!!
What would you do differently?:

NOT MUCH..I HAD A GREAT BIKE LOCATION...

Comments:

LEGS WERE HEAVY TO START, BUT IT WENT AWAY..I AM NOT A FAN OF TRAIL RUNNING, BUT IT WILL NOT KEEP ME AWAY FROM THIS RACE IN THE FUTURE...
What would you do differently?:

NOT MUCH, PUSH HARDER MAYBE.....
Post race
Warm down:

LIQUIDS LIQUIDS LIQUIDS...

What limited your ability to perform faster:

MY RUN WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER IF ON LEVERL GROUND...

Event comments:
