Sited every other left breath...this seemed to work out ok. Felt like I was going at a pretty good clip, but 3 women overtook me with about 5mins to go, so I was not going that fast.

Felt good and really pushed. Time was exactly the same as sprint earlier in year, which was disappointing. Only ate 1 gel; felt a little spitup after eating first one, and did not want to chance it.

Need to eat better day before (less fat), need to eat only 1 bowl of Cheerios the morning of when also eating PB. Need to get more aggressive out to T1 and T2 to stick with faster folks.
