Comments: Sited every other left breath...this seemed to work out ok. Felt like I was going at a pretty good clip, but 3 women overtook me with about 5mins to go, so I was not going that fast. Transition 1
Comments: Times screwed up in results...had trouble with arms and wetsuit. Bike
Comments: Felt good and really pushed. Time was exactly the same as sprint earlier in year, which was disappointing. Only ate 1 gel; felt a little spitup after eating first one, and did not want to chance it. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Cramp in lower left abdomen...same as NJ? Maybe caused by salt tablets? Post race
Warm down: Stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: Cramp on run Event comments: Need to eat better day before (less fat), need to eat only 1 bowl of Cheerios the morning of when also eating PB.
