  • Comments: Small event, but not well organized. Lots of standing in lines to start. Lake was horrible. Run course was more challenging than event description would lead to believe. Not enough food at end for even the small number of contestants. Monday night still no results posted for the race on web site.

  • Comments: Nice race. Well-organized. Good, clean swim. Flat, attractive bike course.

  • Comments: Need to eat better day before (less fat), need to eat only 1 bowl of Cheerios the morning of when also eating PB. Need to get more aggressive out to T1 and T2 to stick with faster folks.

  • Comments: This was a good race but alas my heart was not into it and I did not want to race. I am proud that I did do the race and got through it.

  • Comments: Ok first race. I would have given my right arm to be running on hard hot asphalt when I was slogging thru the sand. Water temp came as a surprise to me(can you say shrinkage everyone). I didn't expect it to be as warm as the pool but I thought it would be a little warmer than what it was.
