Had a light breakfast at the hotel.

Not much of one which I need to really work on if I want to improve in my running.

Comments:

Ugh!!!! Shin splints, which part are the shoes and the other part is my hydration which is nill.
What would you do differently?:

Have better shoes.....drink more water the day before the race and the day of the race.

Event comments:

This is a nice race to run.....the Lasagna after this year was awesome. Would definately do this race again, although I would better prepare myself with a few little things that could make a big difference in how I run it.
