Comments:

Was cold rainy morning. at times was downpour. Soaked My legs were tight but i was running at my pace. The rain made it hard to relax. At about 16-17M, had some difficulty, but at 20 started to recover modestly and finsihed strong
What would you do differently?:

train more during the summer. This year was rough on me physically, with medical issues and several DNF's because of it. When i got healthy, i tried too much too soon and had some tightness in calf and soreness in knees
Post race
Warm down:

None really. walking through finish line chute and getting some cofee and food. Headed to get dry clothes and change immediately.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my past health and weather

Event comments:

In the downpour and hard rain, many spectators along the course as if it were a sunny day. THE volunteers were outstanding and the course is awesome. This is probably my favorite marathon and it's easy to see why it fills up every year
