deraileur was acting up so couldnt use the gears smoothly. was shifting by itself in the middle gears

was cramping on and off so couldnt risk to run often. waste more time dealing with my cramps if i pushed running. decided to walk to be able to finish

Warm down:

did some stretching and drank water
ate some pizza to put food in my stomach

What limited your ability to perform faster:

weather was too cold for me. trained under the heat. was using up energy to keep me warm rather than being able to use that energy for the activity
