Pre race meal of Diet Coke and Naan, parked about 1/2 mile away or so on the lake

Started hard, pushed in on the hill.. kept my head down and kept going., around mile 4 hit the slightest grade and my tank was empty, pushed through knowing the end was a nice downhill.. finished hard and felt awesome

Warm down:

Watched shelly and Vball finish, chatted with Daremo for a bit.. then over to the Paper Moon Diner for breakfast with shelly, vball, turtle and wurkit
