Run
Comments: This was a sloshing slush fest. There was at least 1 if not 2 inches of snow on the route. So Tony (2goggs) and I just sand bagged it. He didn't want to get hurt with his race next week and I wasn't in the mood to push it in that much snow, slush, water, etc. So it was more of an up tempo training run. Crossed the line about 1 minute slower than last year. Had it been dry, I think I could have easily gotten below 40:00. Looks like HR maxed out at 185 which was much lower than last year but I also wasn't pushing it as hard. Oh well, it happens. What would you do differently?: See what someone could do about the weather? In honesty, nothing. Post race
Warm down: Walk back to the car because my feet were frozen and soaked. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weather. Event comments: This year average. But it was the weather not the race. Nothing could be done about it. I'll keep doing it if they keep having it. Last updated: 2008-12-21 12:00 AM

Just a very short run because I knew that it wouldn't do much good with as cold as it was.
