Pre-race routine:

Got up, Ate a PB&J and drank coffee. Spent some time with the Lord to pray for this race. The alarm was set for 0400, but did not go off. I woke up around 0420ish. PANIC!
My head was hurting so I took advil.
Got Matt up and he took me to the start.
Event warmup:

Looking for my friend Ricky and port o jons. Then standing at the starting line.

What would you do differently?:

Wish I had pushed myself a bit harder at the end. However, my calf cramped...But looking back, I PRed by 14 minutes and got my sub 4. I don't know if I could have done anything better.

Warm down:

It was raining so was easy to cool down.
Went and ate pancakes.

It was pouring, so did not really see the post race activities.

Course: Mostly flat. Really not too bad. Lots of support on the course. LOVED the 1st half. The 2nd half was sorta boring. But nice and flat.
