I totally swam inside a buoy, and had to swim back about 10 meters.

Some of this swim time includes a long run to the transition up a hellacious hill

Work on spotting to avoid missing buoys

I did good since I did the 150 mile MS Pedal to the point, the week earlier.

Took tricky corners aggressively. First time I felt like I was actually Racing in these events.

When racking the bike, I accidentally lifted the metal tube off, thereby "breaking" the mounting rack. Luckily, a relay duathlete girl was there to fix it right away. time lost ~6 seconds

not rack the bike like a caveman.
