Comments: I felt GREAT on the run! Strong. Low HR. Good Breathing. If this tells me anything I need a good bike warm-up before ANY run! :) (Ironman should be a breeze...lol) What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 1

Comments: ALL TRAILS! This was great! I started on the bike first. Good pace. I was passing people. I felt great on the bike! The last bike leg was hard but then very fast. I was booking it down the pavement passing runners and bikes. I was hauling butt! It felt AWESOME! Post race
Warm down: MUD PIT!! It was awesome! WE WERE (and still are) COVERED IN MUD!! What limited your ability to perform faster: lots of people!!! Event comments: WONDERFUL RACE!! There were TONS of people there!! I WILL be doing this again next year! There is a reason this race sells out in all the cities it is put on at!! (Photos to be posted soon!) WE left the hotel at 630 drove 10 minutes to the race site. TONS of people there!! We ate a bagel on the way to pick up our packets. WE decorated in our race numbers and outfitted out bike with the appropriate schwag and proceeded to get in line.
