  • Comments: WONDERFUL RACE!! There were TONS of people there!! I WILL be doing this again next year! There is a reason this race sells out in all the cities it is put on at!! (Photos to be posted soon!)

  • Comments: This was a total blast. we cruised through and unexpectedly finished 4th in our division, and they medal to the 4th place. woo hoo. we were really looking forward to doing it again, but the 2009 just opened and unfortunately it is may 3rd. cold mud does not sound fun at all.

  • Comments: This is the second time we've done this race and it's so fun! Pros: camping in the park is a must, fun course, lots of volunteers, awesome mud pit, chip timing Cons: packet pickup was a little bit of a CF, hoses had issues at the end, cotton shirt (vs. last year's performance shirt) Overall, an awesome race that we plan on doing next year. Maybe with costumes...

  • Comments: This was a very fun, one of a kind race! The course was challenging, but fun and well marked. It was great to camp right where the race was and after the race, there was a beer tent and plenty of hoses to clean up. Very fun race I'll do again!

  • Comments: this is a great race that everyone should do at least once. it is so much fun and there is no pressure to race it. it is very well done. the course (although not marked with distance) was as well marked as any race. there were arrows every 10 feet. the obstacles were very organized and they had plenty of porta-potties and hoses to clean up after the race. the food was a little light, but they had a free beer tent right along the mud pit so you can cheer people on with beer in hand. that should be added to every race! i would definitely do it again and hope to have more people join us next year.
