Did a 30 min spin on the trainer. My legs felt dead the entire warmup. It was cold and I could not decide how much to wear.

Went out. American Badass was right behind me so I was waiting for him to catch me. He didn't make the pass until after the turn around so I felt good that I pushed that hard. Felt like I didn't have enough to keep up with him until the end. Finished about 30s back behind him (a minute total since he started 30s after me).
