Comments: Felt pretty good, this was a training run for MBM. Ran it as such. Knew about the hills but did not train for them, resulted in slower than usualy HM pace. Still was pretty happy to be entertained on a long training run with set water stops. :) What would you do differently?: Train hills. Post race
