Swim
Comments: Swimming was chaotic. Running into ppl and vice versa made it extremely difficult. What would you do differently?: I would try and get out quicker and be more towards the front. Drink more water before race. Transition 1
Comments: There were actually 2 transitions. One from swim to T1 and then T1. The run from swim was quite far esp in a full wet suit. What would you do differently?: If wearing a wet suit, would go sleeveless. Bike
Comments: By far my best event. Felt strong/comfortable on the bike. What would you do differently?: Train more miles to have more strength/endurance for run. Ride outside more. Transition 2
Comments: Transition felt good until I started to run and both calves were cramped/tight and couldn't really get going initially. What would you do differently?: Drink more fluids before race even begins and stretch more as well. Run
Comments: Cramping and tweaked hamstring made the run almost unbearable. There were NO fluids available on the run. Did manage to jog/walk/run to the finish. What would you do differently?: Train outside more. Run more miles in training. Post race
