I have to figure out how to not get dizzy coming out of the water. I fall/sit down because I'm so dizzy.

Get wetsuit off and shoes on quicker.

It is humbling on the bike segment, because I come out of the water with the good athletes, so I don't pass anyone, and get passed a lot.

Was not ready for the heat at all. Brian passed me at mile 4. If we were 1 mile closer, I may have been able to run to the finish with him.

Need to train in the heat more.

Warm down:

I got really dizzy after the race. Sort of fell down on the grass and had to sit there for a while.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The heat, not enough water on the run.

Event comments:

I thought it was a great race, wish I was able to perform better. All things considered, not bad for my second race, and first oly.
