Comments: I had a lot of things to put on in transition, took my time What would you do differently?: nothing Bike
Comments: Very pleased with my bike effort, did a whole lot of passing, played it safe on the wet spiraling down hills. I think I paced my ride pretty well. Got poured on for the last 15 miles of the bike. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: Intense intestinal cramping started in transition, took some time to try and lessen the pain, walked out of transition What would you do differently?: figure out how to stop the cramping Run
Comments: Cramped in the stomach and intestines immediately off the bike. They stayed with me pretty much the whole run. The run turned into a mixed run walk due to the pain. What would you do differently?: Figure out what is going on with the cramping so maybe I will actually be able to run in a race sometime this season. Post race
