Very pleased with my bike effort, did a whole lot of passing, played it safe on the wet spiraling down hills. I think I paced my ride pretty well. Got poured on for the last 15 miles of the bike.

Intense intestinal cramping started in transition, took some time to try and lessen the pain, walked out of transition

Cramped in the stomach and intestines immediately off the bike. They stayed with me pretty much the whole run. The run turned into a mixed run walk due to the pain.
What would you do differently?:

Figure out what is going on with the cramping so maybe I will actually be able to run in a race sometime this season.
