What would you do differently?: Need to do more practice on run. It was incredibly hot and it showed on time. Post race
Warm down: Streched What limited your ability to perform faster: Need more practice Event comments: This was a great race for my very first one. This will be the last one for this season, and next year I will be signed up for more. Biking is my strongest discipline, so need to focus on swimming and running faster. Made many new friends at this race and had an amazing time. I feel like I truly can accomplish anything. The training I did was so worth the end result. Had oatmeal at 4:45, streched and left the house at 5:00.
Got there at 5:30, and since this was my first Tri I wanted to allow for alot of time to get to know the surroundings.
Streched some more.
