Comments: Felt tight from mile 3. Felt worn out the day before. All in all, did not feel very good. Knees started to hurt by mile 15. Then legs tightened up and couldn't run fast at all. What would you do differently?: Get there a day earlier. Relax more in the days leading up to the race, but I was really busy. Post race
Warm down: Slight walking and beer at the finish line. What limited your ability to perform faster: Did not train enough for this. A winter marathon, cold weather outside to train in.
