Comments:

Took a while to get into a rhythm but once I started feeling good the race went very well. Quads felt like rocks around mile 7 but managed to get through it and push towards the finish.
What would you do differently?:

Warm-up anything

Warm down:

Walking around and a little bit of water, then lots of liquid carbs

Event comments:

Awesome race, lots of aid stations and voluteers, the spectators on the side definitely help you keep going at a good pace. And the after party was the best one that I have ever been too. Definitely recommend that anyone thinking about doing this race does it!
