Tough swim, I had to fight a lot, I drafted about 1/3 of the time, got of course once, I think I swam through someones vomit, GROSS
What would you do differently?:

I do not know how much better I could have swam given the effort, which seemed about right. Bring my other goggles would have been good (tinted)

I felt really good on the bike, this has been my fastest bike time in a race. It was very tight towards the end of lap three and lap four, lots of people on the course.

Pack a 2nd water bottle, hit the hills a little harder
