Swim
  • 14m 9s
  • 700 meters
  • 02m / 100 meters
Comments:

Water was not as clear as expected, probably due to storm the day before. Seaweed at the beginning and end of race, the rest was nice swimming.
Transition 1
  • 02m 21s
Bike
  • 47m 35s
  • 14.3 miles
  • 18.03 mile/hr
Comments:

Nice flat course, slight wind at your back on the way out and headwind on the way back. Rode over the gravel at the start and finish even though i was a little worried about getting a flat because it was too far to run in bike shoes.
Transition 2
  • 01m 53s
Run
  • 34m 20s
  • 3.3 miles
  • 10m 24s  min/mile
Comments:

somewhat hot on the run, not too much shade. Small cups at the turn around for water so was a little thirsty, but hydrated pretty well on the bike. Short run on the field at beginning and end.
Post race
Event comments:

Very nice race/course... free subway at the end, and the use of the Y's facilities and showers was nice.
