Got up ate a Yougurt then drove to the race.
Event warmup:

Comments:

I was out of shape and it showed. I also had a problem with my shoulder that I had injured about a week before the race. I also had some gut issues.
What would you do differently?:

Not eat that type of yogurt pre race again.

Walked around the finishers coral.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My gut and Arm.

Event comments:

This is a very well run race from the Expo that was awesome to the post race goodies of finisher shirts lots of food and water plus other freebees.

Course: The course was fairly flat along the dock/waterfront. There were not many sights to see but there was a lot of fan support along the course as well as planned bands.
