sometimes coming in to transition, it's faster to your back rack from the end of the row vs where you came in to set up. shoes were missing on sidelines, but run wasn't too bad barefoot, wouldn't put shoes on if I had had the choice. did get home and found one small splinter

What limited your ability to perform faster:

extremely limited swimming in past two weeks; however, with lower expectations and relaxed mindset, had my best splits for all 3 areas ever
