Warm down: stretched 5 minutes, not enough.. Got in car and drove 6 hrs, not the best plan, sore the next day. What limited your ability to perform faster: Hills on bike and liquid Event comments: Small race group ,on a big venue area. Not enough support. One hill extremely dangerous. Woke 5am at hotel. Had 3 mini bagels and a Banana. Dressed and met in lobby.. Left for 10 mile drive.
Swam in wet suit for 5 minutes, talked and met racers.
