  • Comments: A 5k PR for me regardless, almost 4 minutes off the last time I ran it in 2005. I really wanted a sub 20:00, but it wasn't to happen today.

  • Comments: No water stops on this course, but I didn't really even notice. With the cooler temperature it wasn't really a factor. It probably would have slowed me down more than helped me. NEW PR!!!!
