  • Comments: Great race. Good test. I definitely left it all on the course for this one. I had nothing left in the gas tank. Of all the guys that beat me, 11 of them ran in the 7:30 to 7 min pace. The rest were under 7 min mile pace. Lot's of fast runners out here! Obviously I know what I need to work on this year. I've got to get some run speed. I'm not happy being middle of the pack, but I gave it all I had today.

  • Comments: I love this race. Over 2 minutes faster than last year; and last years run course was short 9 seconds out shy of an overall podium spot
